Lanialoha Lee is a native Hawaiian and third generation descendant of the first Polynesians who migrated to the Midwest. Although born and raised in the Chicago area, Lee possesses an immense understanding of the Pacific Island culture and music.
Lee has traveled the glove as an educator and performer. Her work as an artisst and advocate for the Pacific lsland arts has been featured on NPR, WBEZ, Solid POI “Radio, the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Reaper, Where Magazine, CAN TV, WTTW, KOCH-TV, and Chicago’s local broadcasting stations.
